Housing Member
The Housing Member is responsible for the all furniture and equipment owned by the Debney Junior Ranks Mess. Almost all property owned by the mess is purchased through Non Public Funds (NPF) and as such must be maintain and accounted for in accordance with NPF policy. The Housing Member ensures the maintenance and serviceability of all mess property. In April of 2021, the Debney Junior Ranks Ordinary Members voted to stand up a Kit Shop. With the passing of the motion, the operation of the kit shop was added to the Housing Members portfolio. The Housing Member reports to the PMC on with regards to all NPF property.
