The President of the Mess Committee (PMC) is the chairperson of the committee and responsible for the overall operation of the Debney Junior Ranks Mess. In short, the PMC is the leader of the team. The PMC is responsible to the Mess Commanding Officer and is in regular correspondence with the Mess Manger and CFMWS.
