In 2020, the Ordinary Members of the Debney Junior Ranks Mess voted to amalgamate the positions of Secretary and the position of Treasure together. With the passing of the vote, the Constitution was amended and the roles and responsibilities of both positions were combined into one committee assignment. The Secretary- Treasurer is responsible for both the accounting and accurate record keeping of financial data, but also overall records management and scribing of meeting minutes.
